Contracts provide businesses, individuals, and governments the ability to create legally-binding commitments that may help address environmental issues. In this discussion, we will consider how contracts could help businesses address biodiversity loss and navigate emerging policy responses to this crisis.

We will also discuss how to accelerate the impact of climate clauses in contracts, including the possibility of creating a database where businesses can share real-world examples of these clauses.
